  • Actual colours may vary. This is due to computer monitors displaying colours differently and everyone can see these colours differently. We try extremely hard to ensure our photos are as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual colour may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product.
  • If your flowers are substandard or incorrect, please attach a photo with your inquiry. Our customer care team will then assess the claim and get back to you within 24 hours. Please note that any refund issued may take up to seven working days reach your account.
  • Due to the perishable nature of the flora we provide (and Australia's hot summers!), please ensure that you get in touch with us within two days of receiving the package so that we can effectively deal with your query.
  • Due to the relatively life span of all cut flora, we do not accept returns or change of mind. All orders are final, and unfortunately cannot accept cancellations.
  • Our flower pickers strive to find the best available flowers to maintain a premium quality product, and we will strive to let all our customers know if any substitution is made.
  • It is solely the customer’s responsibility to apply any available discount codes before checkout. Drysupply will not be responsible for refunds where a discount code was not applied.
