Please note we do not accept returns or refunds in the below circumstances:

  • Dried flowers are real, natural flowers and are prone to blemishes and imperfection and differences in colour. We are unable to provide a refund due to slight defects e.g. colour appears different to website.
  • We do not accept refunds or returns for change of mind.
  • It is solely the customers responsibility to apply any discount code before checkout. DrySupply is not responsible for refunds where a discount was not applied.
  • Our flower pickers strive to find the best available flowers to maintain a premium quality product, and we will strive to let all our customers know if any substitution is made.

Returning an item:

  • Due to the perishable nature of flora we provide (and Australia's hot summers!), please inspect your order on arrival and ensure that you get in touch with us within two days of receiving the package.
  • Please attach a photo with your inquiry.

  • Please note that any refund issued may take up to seven working days reach your account.
